Selecting Items from a List

To select several contiguous items:

1. Click on the first of the items.
2. Hold down the SHIFT key and click on the last of the items.
3. All of the items from first to last will be selected.

   The second click may be below, or above, the first; the items selected are those between the clicks.

To select several items that are not next to each other in the list:

1. Click on the first item.
2. Hold down the CTRL key and click any other items you want to select.
3. All of the items you click on while holding down the CTRL key will be added to the set that are selected.
