IN-SPIRE offers the ability to add certain extra functions to the system. These will not be enabled in the initial installation of IN-SPIRE. The extra functions must be turned on by configuring the Preferences batch file, which is run whenever you start IN-SPIRE. The functions include
To turn on the Machine Translation option, perform the following procedure.
If you are currently running IN-SPIRE, exit the program.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the \Program
Files\INSPIRE\DatasetRoot directory.
From the list of files, double-click on the file
Preferences.bat. The
Microsoft Command Prompt will display and the Administrator Preferences
utility window will open with the Application tab visible.
In the Application tab Machine Translation section,
check the Enable box.
Click OK. The Command Prompt window will close.
Start IN-SPIRE. The Machine Translation option will now be visible under the IN-SPIRE main toolbar View menu.
To turn on the Triage option, perform the following procedure.
If you are currently running IN-SPIRE, exit the program.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the \Program
Files\INSPIRE\DatasetRoot directory.
From the list of files, double-click on the file
Preferences.bat. The
Microsoft Command Prompt will display and the Administrator Preferences
utility window will open with the Application tab visible.
Click the User tab. The
User option list will display.
From the User tab, check the Triage box.
Click OK. The Command Prompt window will close.
Start IN-SPIRE. The
Show Triage button will now be visible on the IN-SPIRE main toolbar.
Click the Show Triage button to display the Triage window.
