Ways to Select Documents

To select documents in a visualization, use any one of the following techniques.

• Click on a document dot in the Galaxy using the +S cursor. Select additional documents by CTRL-clicking them.
• To select all the documents in an area, click and drag a rectangle around them, using the +S cursor. For additional keyboard shortcuts, see Galaxy.
• To select all documents, click Clear Selection, then click Reverse Selection.
• Use the Queries tool. Hits are automatically selected.
• Use the Groups tool. After creating a group, highlight it in the Groups list, and click Select.

To deselect any documents that are selected

Click the Clear Selection button, or

Click the Reset button, or

Using the +S cursor, click and drag to select an area of the background.
