Subset from Galaxy |
Create a dataset subset from a Galaxy dataset visualization after you have made adjustments to the documents in the Galaxy. |
Subset from Outliers |
Create a dataset subset from a set of outliers pulled from a Galaxy dataset visualization. |
Print Selected Documents |

Save Session |
Save your current IN-SPIRE session, including any changes to the dataset. Your changes will be available when you open the same dataset next time. This saves information about the documents you have viewed, new groups that have been created, queries that have run, outlier shortcuts, correlation shortcuts, save/load queries, and triage networks. |
Clear Document Viewed Status |
IN-SPIRE keeps track of which documents you view and marks them with an x in the Galaxy visualization. Use this menu selection to clear (reset) the viewed status of all the documents in the current dataset. |
Dataset Markings |
Displays a window where you can view any security markings on documents in the dataset. If the documents do not contain markings, the window will be blank. |
